Simone Rocha and H&M Are Giving Us a Bridgerton-Inspired Wardrobe For the Entire Family

London-based designer Simone Rocha is known for her romantic, girlish aesthetic inspired by pre-20th-century period fashion. For her first collaboration with H&M, Rocha is rediscovering the best designs from her past collections and creating a modern wardrobe for the entire family — including tulle dresses, separates, knitwear, outerwear, occasion wear, footwear, and casual pieces for women, men, and children. This is H&M’s first collaboration with an Irish designer.

While Rocha is Irish-born, Simone Rocha x H&M will also be shaped by the designer’s multicultural heritage by featuring traditions and crafts from Hong Kong and references to iconic moments in art history. “We see glimmers of Tudor courtiers, wild florals, portraits and photographs, dolls and trinkets. There is tartan, beading, florals, pinks, reds, and bespoke fabrications, developed in house, exclusively for this collaboration,” said H&M in a press statement.

The Simone Rocha x H&M collaboration will be available on Thursday, March 11, in store and online at H&M. The brand makes clear that the pieces in this collaboration are expertly tailored, made to be cherished, and will last many years to come. “I am so thrilled to be working with H&M on this very special collection,” said Rocha in a statement. “It truly is a celebration of the signatures of my brand, and the influences that have shaped me. As a designer, and as a customer, I’ve been such a fan of the H&M collaboration concept. Margiela, Alber Elbaz, Comme des Garcons — it’s such an amazing list of alumni to be a part of.”
