Taylor Swift showed up to the NME Awards in London on Wednesday looking like the CEO of a fashion conglomerate, and we’re taking all the style notes. The “Lover” singer rocked the short, pinstripe, black-and-white suit as she accepted the award for best solo act in the world, and I’m personally tempted to also hand her an award for best business casual look of 2020 so far.
The outfit, from Monse’s Resort 2020 collection, featured a collared button-up shirt and blazer mashup jacket and shorts instead of the traditional suit pants, making this look more like a work of art than a suit. Taylor paired the look with a white-and-silver bedazzled Jimmy Choo Madeline Shoulder Bag ($1,850) with a snake buckle and a cute pair of Gianvito Rossi Lace-Up Leather Ankle Boots ($1,345). Keep scrolling to take a closer look at Taylor’s playfully classy look from all angles ahead.
